Smooth horizontal movement is ideal for observation covering a wide range. Simple and functionally designed, it is a new type of stand with reduced cost.
As an optical setting gauge of a machine or device, the microscope can be slide horizontally from the magnetic fixed position for viewing.
Also, once viewing is finished, the unit can be easily returned to its original position, causing no hindrance to work. Reproducibility of repeated movement is considered with positioning pin and stopper function. It is a convenience stand to use.
This stand is provided with a simple mechanism allowing sliding of 65 mm along the X axis and 25 mm along the Y axis. Smooth movement of the work piece allows for more efficient measurement and inspection.
The stand is equipped with a stability adjustment function to compensate for any warping or unevenness of the floor surface on which the base is installed.
This stand comes with a 100 x 100 mm XY precision stage with a ±12.5 mm stroke. It has digital microscope specifications, making
it simple to set zero as the measurement reference position, and to read off numeric values.
By attaching the option DXY-KP, a low cost and simple rotation function can be added, extremely useful for horizontal reference alignment and observation and inspection.
